About the Job
Position Description:
- Processing – loading chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, using an equipment operation interface to preblended/mill/post blend, monitoring automated processes, troubleshooting.
- Packaging – prepping materials, packing out powder into containers (barrels, buckets, bottles etc.), palletizing filled containers.
- Cleaning – breaking down/setting up equipment, hooking up hoses/piping using gaskets/clamps, spraying down rooms, loading equipment into parts-wash, operating and monitoring automated cleaning.
- Computer Use – some basic computer use will be required.
- Documentation – ability to write legibly/clearly/accurately in logbooks and company records as required.
- The process is standard, but each batch of powdered product is unique, and the length of manufacturing time will vary. Therefore, no two days are the same!
- All job activities are performed indoors under temperature-controlled conditions.
Candidate Profile:
- Manufacturing, Warehouse or Quality experience preferred.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to complete paper-based documentation.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good attitude and attendance.
- Candidates should be looking for a full time/permanent position (i.e., this is their full-time job – not a second job).
Interview Process:
Onsite interviews, 30 minutes each. Designated interview windows are Monday and Thursday, from 3 – 5 pm CST.
Salary
22 - 23 /hour
After 60 days increase to $23.41/hr. On W2 without benefits and Once converted to Perm, the pay rate is an additional $0.50. also benefits will be included.
