Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in fabrication shop management; welding skills and familiarity with shop equipment are ideal.
• Hands-on inventory control knowledge or a willingness to learn and adapt to our systems.
• Analytical and practical problem-solving approach with the ability to remain levelheaded under pressure.
