KIT is actively recruiting Manufacturing Foreman/Construction Superintendents for our production facility in Caldwell, Idaho. We are looking for individuals to join our construction leadership team that align with our strong culture, safety philosophy, and company values. This position supervises production employees to ensure production guidelines are being met within established timing, quality, and cost standards. Trains, directs, coaches, and leads the production team in the day-to-day operations to meet production, safety, and quality requirements.
This is a full-time exempt position with a competitive salary base and a generous quarterly bonus program, wage earning potential could be $80,000 to $120,000(+) annually.

- Lead and motivate a team of employees to perform construction tasks to complete manufactured/modular homes. Tasks can include but are not limited to:
- Drywall, painting, and caulking
- Trim Carpentry
- Roofing, Various other home finishing tasks
- Welding, Flooring
- Framing
- Tape and Texture, Drywall
- Baseboard and casing installation
- Cabinet making/installation.
- Drive and maintain targeted weekly production schedule and goals
- Teach, train, and guide direct reports on how to complete various tasks to KIT quality standards.
- Help foster a positive team culture for all direct reports and co-workers.
- Manage basic level of employee issues and elevate as needed.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
- At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing of manufactured/modular homes.
- Proven leadership/extensive management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, building codes and principles of construction.
- Proficiency with operating power/pneumatic tools and equipment such as table saw, staple gun, air tools, drills, nail gun, skill saw, chop saw and drill press.
- Ability to properly manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure, as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
