Manufacturing Manager - Personnel Resources

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to manage the processes between engineering and production, ensuring seamless schedules and on-time delivery of customer orders for a manufacturer in the Wiregrass area. In this pivotal role, you will manage the coordination between teams, oversee production activities, and ensure engineering and production meet quality and deadline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and maintain schedules that align engineering and production efforts to meet customer deadlines.
•    Monitor project timelines, address delays, and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
•    Facilitate collaboration between teams to resolve design challenges and improve product quality.
•    Oversee daily production, managing resources to maintain schedule and quality standards.
•    Ensure customer requirements and shipping deadlines are met or exceeded, keeping all parties informed.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years manufacturing management experience or 10+ years of manufacturing management experience required.
•    Must have strong background in a leadership role with a focus on engineering and production.
•    Proven ability to manage tight schedules and meet deadlines.
•    Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
•    Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
