Manufacturing Maintenance Technician - All Weather Insulated Panels

We are growing and looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join our team! This role involves working independently and collaboratively with plant personnel to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair failures of production and facilities equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
