Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer in the Winston Salem area who is hiring a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor (Monday-Friday 3pm-midnight) to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Supervisor will manage and direct activities of the Maintenance Techs
• Supervisor will repair and service manufacturing equipment
• Supervisor will assist mechanics with machine troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5 years maintenance background in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years leadership experience required
• Candidates must have experience troubleshooting electrical and plumbing equipment
• Candidate must have previous CCMS, PM and work order management experience
• Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Candidates must have a leadership background must be skilled communicating with highly skilled technicians
