Opportunities in Maintenance:
1. Maintenance Manager (2nd Shift):
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs.
- Oversee major equipment projects for sustainable results.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage maintenance activities within budget constraints.
- Coordinate training and development for plant employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automated plant maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical procedures.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Spanish preferred.
- Flexible availability including weekends and nights.
2. Maintenance Supervisor (2nd & 3rd Shift):
- Generate maintenance schedules based on production needs and available resources.
- Mentor and motivate maintenance teams to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage repair projects.
- Utilize CMMS for maintenance tracking and analysis.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in maintenance department, preferably in food processing.
- Knowledge of PLCs and maintenance software preferred.
- Ability to interpret work orders and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Maintenance Planning Supervisor:
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules based on production requirements.
- Lead reliability-centered maintenance initiatives.
- Coordinate material and resource allocation for maintenance projects.
- Manage and mentor maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CMMS and preventative maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMPs.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Maintenance Utilities Technician:
- Maintain utility systems including refrigeration, HVAC, and boiler systems.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to support production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- State licenses for operation of hazardous systems.
- Knowledge of industrial utility systems and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and energy management practices.
5. Maintenance Lead (2nd & 3rd Shift):
- Coordinate maintenance tasks and manage repair projects.
- Maintain records of completed repairs and inspections.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Fill in as Shift Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in maintenance department, preferably in food processing.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and perform mathematical calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and maintenance tracking systems.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
