About the Job
Design and develop equipment for the assembly and testing of medical devices, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Equipment Design Engineering
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
- Proficiency in PTC Creo or SolidWorks
- Experience with automation design
- Expertise in fixture design for the assembly and testing of medical devices
- Familiarity with IQ, OQ, PQ protocols
- Ability to work mostly on-site in Lafayette and Boulder, with some remote work flexibility
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the medical industry
- Background in product design and development
- Knowledge of validation and process development
Job Responsibilities:
- Design assembly and test equipment using CAD software (PTC Creo / SolidWorks)
- Define design requirements and conduct design reviews
- Prototype and test designs throughout the development process
- Support product design engineers with prototype builds
- Participate in manufacturing planning and analysis activities
- Support qualification and manufacturing launch activities
Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
