Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a highly talented Manufacturing Engineering Intern, but we are looking for more than an impressive skill set.  We are looking for an applicant with a passion for problem solving and who respects others for their knowledge, skills, and experience as individuals and as team members. Opportunities to explore during internship:  Learn and support manufacturing processes; Identify and implement improvement opportunities (yield and productivity improvements, cost reduction, waste elimination); Minimize and/or eliminate safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity issues; Use precision gauges, test instruments, and process equipment; Perform other duties as assigned.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree program in Engineering (Electrical, Materials, Mechanical or etc.)

• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• This internship is for the Summer of 2025
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Eligible to obtain a security clearance

Preferred:

• Familiarity with gathering and analyzing data (MS Access)
• Familiarity with statistical software packages (Minitab, JMP, etc.)
• Familiarity with programming
• Familiarity with Material Science
