Job Details
- Report directly to the Director of Manufacturing to ensure top-quality products are shipped on time.
- Oversee and enhance manufacturing processes at Mallard Manufacturing.
- Assess current manufacturing processes to find improvement opportunities.
- Design detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
- Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products.
- Implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
- Identify and resolve issues, making necessary improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations in all manufacturing processes, equipment, and products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields/
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience in evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Proficient in using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software.
