Manufacturing Engineer at Entegee

Position:
Strong background in Manufacturing systems, process optimization, Quality Control, and production planning and manufacturing work instructions.

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• 5-10 Years proven experience in manufacturing principles and improvement methods

• Understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies

• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, AS9100, and quality standards

• Experience working with DOD/Government

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools: Jira, fishbowl 9 or other ERP/MRP systems

• Experience with CAD/CAM, Visio, and other aid creation tools

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production traveler steps in accordance with AS9100

• Work closely with the Design Engineers

• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout

• Develop Manufacturing processes, understanding product requirements, testing methods, and working with equipment vendors

• Coordinate with Quality manager to maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations

• Understanding, implementing, and monitoring SPC processes

• Experience with AS9100 Quality System Adherence

• Experience with creating Gantt Charts

Pay: 36-48

Pay Details: $36.00 to $48.00 per hour
