Position Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer will support, oversee, and improve the production processes, tooling, equipment, and materials related to the overall operation. This is a hands-on operations support position requiring a strong technical background and project management skills to work effectively with other departments and individuals to meet company goals and objectives.

What you will be doing:
- Process Champion: Unravel and refine production processes, identifying and resolving issues that hinder performance.
- Equipment Innovator: Lead the introduction of new machinery, from installation to empowering our team with the knowledge to operate equipment safely and effectively.
- Continuous Improvement Leader: Spearhead projects that cut costs, elevate quality, and enhance delivery, setting new standards for our operations.
- Project Steward: Manage capital projects with a keen eye on innovation and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with our company's vision.
- Design and Efficiency Expert: Craft and enhance tools, fixtures, and processes to boost workflow and productivity while reducing operational costs.
- Operational Auditor: Evaluate our current equipment and tooling, recommending updates or replacements to keep us at the forefront of manufacturing efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record in project management, known for your ability to deliver results within set timelines.
- Well-versed in production principles, with a knack for applying this knowledge to improve processes.
- Equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, turning potential issues into opportunities for growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software, leveraging these tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
- An excellent communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
