We are on the lookout for a dynamic, results-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to drive change and improve processes within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a key player in implementing lean manufacturing principles and process improvements, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong project management skills, capable of leading projects from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes, focusing on enhancing productivity and efficiency.
2. Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.
3. Work closely with design engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability and process optimization of new and existing products.
4. Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
5. Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, quality, and production issues.
7. Provide guidance and training to production staff on new process implementations and lean manufacturing techniques.
8. Monitor and control project budgets and schedules, ensuring resources are used effectively.
9. Keep up-to-date with latest manufacturing technologies and systems to improve processes further.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proven experience in the automotive industry.
4. Solid understanding and experience implementing lean manufacturing principles.
5. Demonstrated ability in leading and managing projects.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on process improvement.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Proficient in using CAD and other engineering software.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
10. Strong organizational and planning skills.
11. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
12. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
