The Role:

• Lead exciting projects to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design smarter workflows and layouts to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine processes and drive results.
• Monday – Friday (Days based role)

The Person:

• Degree in an Engineering discipline would be preferred.
• Ambitious and ready to take the next step toward Senior and Directorship roles!
• Confident leading projects and delivering results on time.
• Hands-on experience with Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive improvements.
