Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance manufacturing processes through research, design, and testing of methods and equipment.
- Optimize workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout to increase throughput and reduce manufacturing time.
- Develop and implement testing methods to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
- Analyze production data, costs, and schedules to provide decision-making insights and identify improvement areas.
- Contribute to robotic programming, offline programming, and shop product design for increased efficiency.
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects, leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and adherence to company values.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/process engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of experience in creating job methods and BOMs.
- 2 years of experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other automated design software.
- 2 years of experience in inventory management.
