Job Duration: 12 months contract
Onsite, first shift position. Hours are 6am -2:30pm and include overtime as the production line is scheduled. Metatarsals required from day one.

Notes
- This role is on the Assembly line.
- The consultant will lead factory engineering activities.
- The manager is looking for someone with cross-functional experience: Primarily Manufacturing Engineer experience, but also some quality and controls experience.
- The consultant will be on the shop floor troubleshooting problems: Troubleshooting shop floor activities is most important for this role.
- The consultant will support a couple of lead engineers on the factory floor and support factory operations.
- This project wraps up in 1.5 years, but there is a chance to extend the contract.
- There are two open positions
- The consultant should be able to troubleshoot controls but doesn't need to know how to code them. They should be able to diagnose problems and open codes to understand the problems.
- Interview: 1st phone screen and then a one-hour panel interview using STAR format.
- Candidates should have assembly experience.

Duties:
- This position will support manufacturing, quality and factory automation tasks in the row unit assembly area throughout the duration of the row line 2.0 development project.
- Engineers will support factory operations and will be required to have full factory PPE.
What Skills You Need:
- Ability to lead factory engineering activities
- Experience in 1 or more factory engineering disciplines – Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Controls Engineer
- Past experience in factory assembly production support
- Experience with process controls
- Experience with updating standard work processes and documents
- Experience with PLC, SQL, Ignition (or something similar)
Education:
- Due to the unique nature of this position, a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
