Summary: Hiring a Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in developing and implementing manufacturing processes to maintain product functionality and cost efficiency.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering

Prior management experience
-
Contract manufacturing experience
-
Knowledge or certification in Lean Manufacturing & 6 Sigma
-
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or extensive Contract Manufacturing Engineering Experience
Preferred Skills:
-
Proficiency in analyzing and designing lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and simulation tools
-
Familiarity with plant layout development for better utilization of space
-
Experience working with research and development, quality assurance, and maintenance personnel
Job Responsibilities:
-
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes
-
Oversee rearrangement of facilities, equipment, and operations for optimal use of space
-
Ensure adherence to all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures
-
Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies to improve efficiencies
-
Support new product introductions while ensuring adherence to specifications
-
Detect root causes of issues in the manufacturing process and work towards their elimination
-
Train vendors/subcontractors on new product launches to meet target dates
-
Oversee key projects, processes, performance reports, data analysis
-
Plan documentation system
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
