Our client seeks a manufacturing engineer at their central Illinois facility to lead and manage capital equipment projects. You will also provide ongoing floor support to manufacturing teams.

Position Overview
- Develop and manage implementation of transformational capital equipment projects within a manufacturing facility
- Provide ongoing floor support to manufacturing
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or the equivalent of experience and education required
- Ideally 5 or more years manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience managing capital equipment projects within a manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal hand holding
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
