Manufacturing Engineer - Masiello Employment Services

Our busy client located just outside Keene, NH is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Engineer are as follows:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 5-7+ years recent/relevant manufacturing experience
• CNC experience preferred
• Solid computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP system
• Proficient in CAD, CAD/CAM, Master CAM
• Solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes/equipment
• Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles
• Understanding of quality management

• Full time hours Monday – Friday 7am start with some Saturdays as needed

As the Manufacturing Engineer your duties will include:

• Evaluate manufacturing methods and products to identify opportunities for improvement
• Follow product specifications and identify process/tools necessary to meet manufacturing goals
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
• Develop training manuals/procedures
• Collaborate with others to evaluate manufacturing methods
• Monitor product flow and increase throughput from order entry to shipping
• Design tooling/gaging fixtures
• Implement Lean and 5S techniques
• Determine cost savings and safety initiatives
• Lead corrective action activities
• Participate in continuous learning opportunities to maintain current technical knowledge
