We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and improve new and existing manufacturing processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Utilize principles of Kaizen to drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Design, develop and test a variety of machines and equipment for use in manufacturing.
- Use AutoCAD to design and implement manufacturing systems and processes.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturing processes align with company objectives and customer requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate manufacturing equipment and technology to ensure they meet safety standards and are operationally efficient.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and technicians.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with Kaizen, machine design, process engineering, and Auto CAD.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues.
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) certification is a plus.
- Experience in the finance industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
