The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing processes for transferring new products into production.

* Applying Lean principles to develop process efficiency improvements and cost reductions.

* Design, test, and document assembly fixtures.

* Plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements

* Lead Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, pFMEA.

* Conduct design of experiments, design and execute process validations

BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related discipline

Several years of process development engineering

Ability to conduct statistical analysis
