Manufacturing Engineer - 2-4 years Experience
Must be a US Citizen
Key Accountabilities
• Maintaining Production Standard Times for manufactured components and assemblies within the facilities
• Developing tools and models to calculate and determine takt times, production standards, changeover recommendations, batch sizes, and associated metrics to help support delivery schedules
• Assessing, supporting and improving workstation design and layout to positively impact ergonomics, material flow and productivity
• Supporting the Manufacturing Engineering community by providing productivity assessments of proposed capability acquisitions
Basic Requirements:
• An Associates degree with 3+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations OR;
• A Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations OR;
• A Masters degree with 0+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations OR;
• A JD/PhD with 0+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations OR;
• In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations
• In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred Experience:
• Industrial Engineering background with experience and understanding in work measurement methods and/or predetermined time standards systems such as MTM and MOST
• Experience with ERP systems, routings and load/capacity tools
