Manufacturing Engineer - Avon, OH #24-00563

Salary Range: $80K - $100K - Permanent Position with Benefits

An Avon Manufacturing Company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. Key responsibilities include the design, installation or troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. Estimating costs, production times, or staffing requirements for new designs. Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement. Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products. Developing detailed layouts for equipment and products

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Must have 5 years minimum in manufacturing engineering.
• Must have strong project management skills.
• Must have experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Must have AutoCAD experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle multiple projects.
• Must have strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continue improvement.
