About the Job
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer 3 in Tucson, AZ. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $43/hr W2 + overtime pay, including full benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, and 401K. Cullerton Group will provide H1B Sponsorship.
A Manufacturing Engineer at TPG will work on an agile team that will help develop best in class tools and processes to develop world class Minning machines. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with both design teams and operations to ensure safe and effective processes.
Typical task breakdown:
Work with Test Engineering and Shop Operations to develop procedures to ensure safe and efficient machine testing at Caterpillars machine Testing Laboratory.
Document Client Requirements
Research New technologies.
Document and Deploy solutions that help our clients develop world class products.
Review Process Breakdown to understand Root Cause
Develop Corrective Actions the resolve longstanding issues
Interaction with team:
To be effective the candidate will need to be able to work with all levels of the organization.
Work environment:
Prospective candidate should be comfortable working in an office and around both the maintenance and running of large mining equipment.

Education & Experience Required:
- Engineering or Technical background
- 5 year minimum experience
- BA Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Technical Equivalent (nice to have )
- HS Diploma or equivalent
