Who are we?
CPP- Bloomington, MN is looking to hire a mid-level Manufacturing Customer Service/Sales Admin to join our team. This position works as a key member of the CPP- Bloomington Operations team and focuses on a select group of customers and will interact with customers, other Program Managers, Sales team and the Operations team.
This role is responsible for timely and accurate processing and data entry of new casting orders into the ERP order entry system and will provide customer and order information to sales, production, and scheduling for efficient planning and forecasting to ensure on-time deliveries for customers. You will aqlso ensure the correct shipping instructions are entered in the ERP system based on customer purchase order requirements and be responsible for accurate and complete maintenance of electronic records of customer orders and contracts to ensure compliance with ISO procedures. Responsible for performing any additional clerical support for sales as needed in support of on time quality delivery for our customers.

- Sending invoices out to customers and settle disputes
- Accurate and timely processing and data entry of customer orders, once fully approved in Quality system by all stakeholders, in compliance with ISO procedures
- Ensure orders are reviewed and entered based on information contained in digital and hard copy purchase orders for both castings and tooling upon Sr. Customer Program Manager approval
- Maintain order entry system to ensure order revisions and customer information is current and accurate
- Maintenance of all shipping instructions per the customer's purchase order in the ERP system
- Creates and process new customer orders according to operating procedures
- Update ERP order entry system weekly with any updates and resolutions regarding open orders per Sr. Customer Program Manager authorizations.
- Manage and maintain quality, engineering, and shipping holds in ERP order entry system by reviewing Quality system's open holds listing
- Manage and remove holds daily per shipment schedule once approved by Sr. Customer Program Managers
- Creates tooling sales orders as needed and provides information to Sr. Customer Program Manager
- Enters tooling sales order information into the Project Master File once initiated by Sr. Customer Program Manager
- Communicates order updates, generates and prepares reports as needed
- Ensures Sr. Customer Program Managers are notified of web-based purchase orders from their customer
- Provides accurate data to the Production floor and Scheduling team using generated reports
- Responsible for performing any additional clerical support for sales as needed in support of on time quality for our customers
- Participates in external/internal audits, as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years previous CSR experience within a complex manufacturing environment required
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work with others through complex situations
