About the Job
Opsource of Gaffney has partnered with a local BMW supplier in the Gaffney, SC area. We are currently looking for experienced Production Associates.
Production Associate Job Description:
- Perform work as assigned by the department team leader
- Lift 75-100 lbs. consistently throughout the 10-12 hour shift
- Comply with working instructions
- Address problem situations quickly and notify team leader or management immediately
- Meet productivity requirements, commit to and produce quality work
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to identify products throughout production processes
- Pack finished good into correct boxes or racks as applicable
- Perform operator machine maintenance as specified in the work instructions
Qualifications:
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Must be able to speak/read English and understand verbal instructions
- Must be a team player
