Our manufacturing assembly technician position is a hybrid position. The manufacturing assembly technician will work on the manufacturing floor performing a wide range of duties related to night vision systems and related accessories. Our manufacturing assembly technician daily responsibilities include but are not limited to assembly of mechanical subcomponents and subsystems, assembly of electronics components, submersion testing, purge testing, assembly of electronic sensors and image intensification tubes, aligning/calibrating of lens assemblies, diagnostics and troubleshooting, quality control, skilled use of hand tools, packaging, function testing, and more.
Pay and Benefits -
- $18 - $20 an hour with OT opportunities. Full and Part-Time Positions Available

Desired skills but not required -
- Ability to use hand tools such as threading tools, reamers, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc.
- Ability to properly use soldering equipment to solder micro-circuit assemblies and wiring
- General knowledge of the function and nomenclature surrounding night vision systems
- Ability to safely use a bench top press, drill press, Bridgeport mill, bench grinder, sand blaster, SLS printing equipment, and more
- Possess the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring high quality craftsmanship
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to follow all safety standards and maintain a clean and safe workstation
- Self-motivated and hold the ability inspect work closely for craftsmanship/workmanship
- Possesses critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptable to changes within a dynamic work environment
- Ability to read/understand/follow blueprints and work instructions and to check work with various measuring tools
- Highschool diploma or equivalent level of education/abilities
