Requirements

As our chosen Community Manager, every day you will help people buy their dream home, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Clairmont Estates (206 spaces) is a beautiful manufactured home community in Oregon City, OR and we want YOU to be our leader!

To thrive in this role:

Have experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management

Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Must Live On-Site

Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property

Must physically read meters at each space

Have a valid driver's license 

Bonus Skills

Manage America experience

Manufactured housing knowledge
