We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Multi-Client Manhattan Scale WMS Superuser to join our dynamic team in the Distribution industry. As a Multi-Client Manhattan Scale Superuser, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse management system (Manhattan Scale), ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE Manhattan Scale experience
- Understand the business processes within Manhattan Scale and how each application supports these processes, and applies this knowledge to best
solve problems
- Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of our warehouse management system -Manhattan Scale
- Oversee the distribution of products to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Manage the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order processing
- Lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all processes are integrated and functioning effectively
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Provide regular reports on the performance of the warehouse management system to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in warehouse management or related field
- WMS certification or training
- Six Sigma training
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and distribution processes
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with WMS
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ERP and best-in-class WMS software, such as EXE / RedPrairie, HighJump, Catalyst and Oracle a plus.
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel and Word.
