Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center, is a skilled nursing facility in West Roxbury, MA, looking to hire a FullTime cook with experience in Asain food service in an institutional setting. Expected duties include but are not limited to:

·       Safe food handling

·       Assists with food preparation

·    Prepares food items/ ensures safe food handling practices

·       Willing and able to use institutional equipment for food preparation

·       Be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

·       Able to read, write, and understand the proper diet language [will train]

     Able to work well with residents, staff and supervisors

     Good communication/interpersonal skills
