Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple restaurant and hospitality venues.
- Develop and execute business plans, setting clear goals and strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of management teams to maintain high standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with chefs, managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive brand experience.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement initiatives to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, addressing feedback to ensure exceptional service and customer loyalty.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, manage supplier relationships, and oversee procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
- Act as a key decision-maker for operational challenges and opportunities, maintaining accountability for overall performance.
- Represent the organization as a brand ambassador, building relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant or hospitality management, with at least 3 years in an executive or senior leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and manage budgets, P&Ls, and KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching and professional development.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving operational excellence.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences.
