Position Overview:
Our company is in search of a dynamic and driven Managing IoT Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our sales growth, driving new business opportunities, leading a team, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive suite of IoT solutions within the telecommunications sector.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively seek out and pursue new opportunities within the telecommunications industry.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of tech sales representatives to achieve sales targets and foster growth.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
Solution Selling: Tailor our IoT solutions to meet client needs, positioning them as strategic business enablers.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Proposal Development: Create compelling presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IoT technologies within the telecommunications industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Preferred).
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in telecom or technology.
Experience in team management and training.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
