Our client are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a Facilities Management Business Unit focused on driving growth and operational excellence. This role is responsible for strategic leadership, P&L management, compliance, staff development, and cultivating customer relationships. You will have full operational responsibility for the business unit, guiding teams to success while ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
The client provides integrated real estate and facilities management services to businesses worldwide. They focus on optimizing the performance of clients' real estate portfolios, offering solutions that include everything from property management to strategic advisory. Their expertise covers a wide range of sectors, including office, industrial, and retail spaces, helping businesses manage their properties more efficiently while also improving sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a safety-first culture, prioritizing the well-being of all employees.
- Develop and execute business and sales strategies to drive profitable growth.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Lead customer reporting and strategic reviews to support account development.
- Ensure high standards of governance, safety, and compliance across operations.
- Support staff development, building a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the Business Development team to drive new business opportunities and meet growth targets.
- Manage Profit & Loss, ensuring financial goals are met, and driving cost control and revenue growth.
- Lead the procurement strategy and vendor management for maximum value and performance.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- Proven success in managing teams, driving business growth, and achieving financial targets.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
