A prominent law firm with over 40 years of experience representing survivors of catastrophic and traumatic events is seeking a Managing Attorney for their Baltimore office.

Position Overview

We are seeking a mid-level to senior attorney to join our team in advocating for justice for survivors of sexual abuse. The ideal Litigation Attorney will be responsible for all aspects of litigation, including drafting complaints, responding to written discovery, conducting depositions, and eventually, trial. The Litigation Attorney will also have the opportunity to independently carry a caseload to develop their own area of expertise. Growth and opportunity for advancement within the office is expected.

Experience/Qualifications

· At least 7 years of experience as an attorney practicing civil litigation is required.

· Experience in the representation of plaintiffs in injury matters is preferred, however, attorneys with other applicable experience in the litigation of liability, such as insurance defense, may also be considered.
