Overview: The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager and team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations and staff management.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Train and mentor team members.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality preferred.

Previous experience in food service or management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
