Position Summary
Salary: $89,700-$112,200 MICP: 20%
This position is responsible for leading Talent Development strategies and operating models to drive organizational outcomes while retaining and mobilizing top talent. This position will assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate the global talent inventory and talent management infrastructure, as well as related technologies; guide succession planning and leadership development to support the organization's short and long-term business needs and strategic priorities.

Essential Functions
- Implement talent development strategy and execution of innovative programs to uphold organizational performance and retention of top talent.
- Lead and customize talent development strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Serve as the gatekeeper of talent development by driving talent identification, calibration, and readiness planning of high potential and emerging talent within the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders to transform the coaching and talent development processes that strengthen the organizational talent bench.
- Serve as a strategic business partner by fostering authentic and transparent relationships with key business unit leaders to assess talent while developing customized strategies, measuring the return on development investments and strategic mobility of talent at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on organization-wide efforts to ensure that talent acquisition and talent management delivery aligns with the strategic business priorities of the organization.
- Safeguard and uphold data integrity of talent and all related processes.
- Utilize data to inform deployment of talent development strategies, systems, processes, and organizational capabilities.
- Leverage continuous improvement strategies and methodologies to identify themes, trends, gaps, and insights into the talent development organizational map.
- Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to compliment external providers or to meet training needs.
- Develop self and maintain proficiency in talent, organizational design and learning programs ensuring that the organization's strategy aligns with workforce/ industry trends and other best practices.
- Utilize HCM and LMS for delivery, communication, tracking and reporting of learning activities.

- 3 or more years' experience in Human Resources
- 2 or more years training or learning and development (5-7 years in Learning/Organizational Development/Talent Management related roles)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related degree.
- Ability to identify problems, make decisions, create solutions, and take action.
- Strong project and/or program management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of leaders across HR and business functions, including senior leadership.
- Anticipates customer needs and highly responsive to requests. Maintains confidentiality.
- Adaptability to work with people from various cultures and areas of the business.
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment law.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- LMS or HRIS learning management software experience a plus (preferably Paycom)
- Experience with program implementation and change management; proven ability to influence and gain commitment from others.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Management experience, with the ability to be a coach and inspire others
- Ability to understand key business drivers and translate them into talent development initiatives
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Proven ability to identify problems, examine situations from multiple angles and propose solutions that balance innovation and practicality for desired impact.
