What You Will Be Doing:
The CrashPlan People Team is growing!! We are recruiting for a Manager, Talent Acquisition & Engagement who leads with curiosity and explores possibilities. This is a multi-faceted role that will be 70% focused on managing all talent acquisition efforts and 30% focused on HRBP/engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
You will manage the Talent Acquisition function for the U.S., and will partner with our international People teams to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
Develop and manage the US recruitment strategy, while partnering with the international People Teams to ensure consistency with the candidate experience.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all US-based roles, which includes, but isn’t limited to: job description creation, intake calls, applicant review, proactive candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, establishing consistent processes & expectations for interview teams.
Manage and coordinate communication with candidates, including interview preparation, process overview, setting expectations, post-offer discussions, closing, offer letter review and general on-boarding.
Manage the ATS (currently JobVite), including workflows, access & data management and reporting.
Develop and manage candidate pipelines for identified areas of the business.
Work with networking organizations & user groups, and attend events where needed.
Ensure compliance in the selection process and apply knowledge of OFCCP/EEO guidelines.
Utilize defined metrics, frequently review and suggest opportunities for efficiencies and enhancements to process, programs, recruitment sources, etc.
People Business Partnerships & Engagement
You will serve as a People Business Partner to a subset of the organization, and manage certain employee engagement efforts.
Serve as a People Business Partner to select functional group(s), which includes but isn’t limited to: employee growth, coaching, performance management, training and more.
Executing different People programs and processes to enable high performance teams, and being a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
Work closely with the broader People Team to identify programs or solutions that encourage team collaboration, direction, clarity and engagement.
Create, develop and execute plans to align talent management, succession, and organizational design of the designated team(s).
Lead certain employee engagement efforts, both in-person and virtual. Partner with international People teams where needed to coordinate company-wide engagement efforts.
Periodically manage projects related to recruitment, People practices and/or engagement
Who You Are:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including technical recruitment experience, and 2+ years of experience working in a People Business Partner and/or HR Generalist role
Demonstrated ability to navigate high-level conversations around SaaS products, and product engineering terminologies, such as scrum methodologies.
General understanding of employment laws, including OFCCP/EEO guidelines and their application to the recruitment and people team processes
Proven experience with creative sourcing (social media, online job boards, etc.)
Comfortable with change and can handle competing priorities.
Team player and a trusted partner to the business
Ability to work out of the Minneapolis office from time-to-time, as well as attend events and meetings in the Minneapolis office, or surrounding venues, where needed
Ability to travel approximately 4x per year for potential out-of-state travel for events, workshops and/or team meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience building recruitment processes
The base salary range for this position is $ 105,000 - $125,000 / year. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance in addition to a full range of benefits. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and the candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
