Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:
The Manager – Supply Chain Management and Strategy will lead strategic initiatives across inventory management and supply chain. The manager will build and handle project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control. The manager will be responsible for various strategic projects like increase in parts investments due to new fleet or fleet expansion.
- Lead key strategic projects for supply chain including supply chain parts investments, implementing inventory policies, crafting and tracking supply chain metrics as well as benchmarking against industry standards
- Builds and handles project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control
- Conducts regular budget reviews to maintain cost control and support financial goals
- Analyzes and establishes system protection levels that support operations at the least total cost
- Conducts thorough analysis and prepares detailed reports on performance against plan
- Identifies trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Improves operational reliability by minimizing aircraft out of service events, delays and cancellations related to the unavailability of spare aircraft parts
- Evaluates demand sources, supplier capabilities, strength and weaknesses of existing Supply Chain and models

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply chain, business, finance, operational management, operations research or engineering
- Microsoft office, knowledge of relational database models, strong modeling skills, proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong people skills and ability to develop internal and external relationships
- Strong technical, interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
- Strategic problem solver with a track record of implementing innovative solutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and opposing priorities
- Keen sense of curiosity, high learning agility, business, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, encouraging leader with a bias towards action and team focused
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
