POSITION SUMMARY
The professional filling the role of HomeWAV's Manager of Strategic Accounts should be detail-oriented and committed to increasing HomeWAV revenue by identifying profitable opportunities, converting them to HomeWAV clients, and retaining them as long-term business. HomeWAV's Manager of Strategic Accounts will be persuasive and have strong business acumen. Ultimately, an exceptional Manager of Strategic Accounts will be adept at negotiating sound contracts and will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The MSA will schedule Discovery Calls and Demonstrations and will have the proven ability to assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build solid relationships with potential and current HomeWAV customers.
- Conduct all Discovery Calls and/or in-person meetings to strategically obtain the information required to develop a customized proposal before submitting the proposal request to the Proposal Department.
- Conduct remote and in-person demonstrations/presentations, serving as the presentation lead in an effort to move the client to the proposal and contract phase.
- Become an expert and closely follow all established internal Business Development and Proposal Development processes.
- Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure HomeWAV's client receives prompt and thorough attention.
- Work with the Director of Sales and the Senior Director of the Strategic Growth on a thorough understanding of the strategy for the financial offering.
- Utilize a CRM tool (e.g., Pipedrive) to log all daily, weekly, and monthly activities in relation to achieving all documented new business growth goals.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the HomeWAV Platform and all add-on offerings.
- Ability to work within the government sector.
- Stay abreast of the latest product and industry developments and advancements and share information via regular weekly meetings and update calls.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow HomeWAV's business.
- Attend industry trade shows, as needed, to represent HomeWAV.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Travel Requirement: Willingness and ability to travel (up to 75%).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 60 lbs. without assistance and to assemble necessary demo and trade show equipment.
- Work status/location: Full-time employee/Remote with travel in the field.

- Must be articulate and possess strong, precise writing skills.
- High level of confidence in public speaking and presenting to large groups.
- Ability to engage and captivate an audience via live video meetings.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a complementary field.
- 1-2 years of business development experience preferred.
- Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
- Experience working or selling as part of a team is preferred.
