Title and Summary Manager, Specialist Sales, Advisors BD- Financial Services, Loyalty (Open to Remote US) Mastercard Data & Services (D&S), the professional services arm of Mastercard, provides innovative loyalty solutions to financial institutions, fin techs, and merchants worldwide. With unique category expertise, deep understanding of customer needs, and a successful track record in addressing complex challenges throughout the cardholder lifecycle, Mastercard D&S addresses clients' challenges to increase cardholder acquisition, usage, and retention through a suite of CRM solutions. As a Manager, Sales Specialist for loyalty you will be responsible for selling Mastercard loyalty solutions targeted toward financial institutions, fin techs and other financial services organizations. You must be eager to learn and stay apprised of market dynamics and understand the needs of our clients to enable value added solutions. Position Responsibilities: Develop and execute Sales strategies for loyalty products for a diverse list of clients. Understand the complex needs of financial institutions in leveraging loyalty solutions and benefits to create compelling programs. Work with Solution Engineering (technical counterparts) across deal cycle to deliver solutions that satisfy prospects business requirements and align with product and delivery capabilities Create and deliver personalized presentation materials for prospects that are appropriate for each stage of the sales cycle Be proficient at pipeline management and tenacious in matching client needs with Mastercard loyalty solutions Formulate, articulate and promote new opportunities and client benefits to internal and external stakeholders Work with legal teams to complete all internal contracting processes Assist in providing subject matter expertise and feedback on loyalty products for internal and external audiences Proactively seek new knowledge and skills contributing to the intellectual capital of the organization Experience and qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. 5+ years selling loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing solutions to financial institutions, or like industry. Familiarity with working in a sales/commercial environment including interacting with customers and closing individual deals Proven success selling complex technical platform deals Strong presentation skills Ability to work with stakeholders across prospect organization from CXO level through program Managers Experience in cardholder lifecycle management Working knowledge of SalesForce and other pipeline management tools Up to 50% travel required. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
