Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and maintain scalable solutions.
- Excel within a large team environment, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Write high-quality, scalable, and reliable code, emphasizing maintainability.
- Communicate progress effectively through agile methodologies, adeptly tackling technical hurdles and overcoming roadblocks.
- Design applications that embody organizational patterns and best practices.
- Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
- Play a pivotal role in the hiring process, providing support and mentorship to team members.
Minimum Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, with a primary focus on mobile and front-end development, spanning at least 8 years. Previous leadership experience is essential.
- Proficiency with at least one native development platform, iOS or Android.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter in Dart is required.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture paradigms and design patterns.
- Familiarity with agile software development processes and the product development life cycle (PDLC).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong analytical thinking skills.
Key Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with mobile app publishing to Google Play Store or Apple App Store, Firebase, mobile analytics, remote configuration, CI/CD, and production monitoring techniques.
- Proficiency in front-end software architectures.
- Expertise in unit and UI testing in Flutter/Widgets.
- Familiarity with multiple app flavors/targets, dependency injection, and RESTful API usage.
- Working knowledge of Git; experience with Docker/Kubernetes is advantageous.

$140,000 - $185,000; Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
