Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Data Reporting and Interpretation:
- Work with Sales Operations leadership to prepare and distribute regular reports and dashboards on key sales metrics, pipeline performance, and HCP targeting outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to Sales leadership.
- Support the Director, Sales Operations in evaluating payer contracts and reimbursement trends, contributing to the analysis of market access performance.
- Support the maintenance of the healthcare provider (HCP) database to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with territory alignments.
- Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to enforce data governance standards and address any data quality issues.
- Work with the Sales Operations leadership to identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage day-to-day administration of sales tools and systems, including user support, troubleshooting, and updates.
- Assist in monitoring pipeline funnel health and provide insights to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee adoption and utilization of sales tools by the field team, providing training and support to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular evaluations of tools and processes, recommending improvements to enhance team performance.
- Serve as a liaison between Field Sales teams and Sales Operations leadership, addressing questions, gathering feedback, and providing solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations and Market Access, to support alignment and operational success.
- Assist the Director, Sales Operations in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis or CRM management
- Experience in Sales Data. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data interpretation/visualization preferred in a medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration across teams or projects.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Strong background in competitive intelligence, market access, and managed care market trends.
- Quantitative Analysis: Strong skills in performing quantitative analysis and interpreting data to support decision making
- Communication & Presentation: Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable insights for various levels of stakeholders.

- Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions
- Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments
- May work extended hours during peak business cycles
- Physical requirements such as lifting specific weights
- Some travelling is expected
