JOB SUMMARY:
The Multi-Channel Print-Mail organization provides print and mail production, transactional documentation and print on demand services to Conduent clients in the health, retail, public, manufacturing, finance and other sectors.
The Quality Control Manager will report to the MCS Operations Leader and will be responsible for activities involving Compliance and Regulatory requirements, Audit Support, Quality Assurance and Training Initiatives, and will ensure compliance is maintained for all applicable Standards, Opinions and Corporate and Government guidelines.
The Quality Compliance and Audit Manager must be a flexible multitask capable individual who is detailed, well organized and be dedicated to the Conduent philosophy of EVERY CLIENT, EVERY TIME.
A good communicator, the candidate must demonstrate and ability to motivate and influence co-workers and other staff to maintain and deliver results that always satisfies the business needs.
Leadership skills are required to manage multidisciplinary teams to get the certifications and opinions required by each MCS print site.
The QC Manager will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Multichannel Customer Communications.
This position can be remote within a commutable distance to a Conduent office in Plano, Texas or Erlanger, Kentucky or Lynnfield, Massachusetts.
This is a permanent full-time position that include benefits (include, but not limited to: dental, medical, vision, PTO and 401K and more) as of the first day of employment.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage daily activities of a team of 20+ (Direct/Indirect) Quality Associates on multiple shifts.
- Collaboration on external and internal audits in support of the Business.
- Creates and maintains project plan for compliance audits, and client audits when required.
- Monitors and controls project to ensure all internal project deliverables are available as scheduled.
- Helps administer QMS documentation. SharePoint site document management.
- Helps ensure team compliance with training requirements and record keeping.
- Facilitates resolution of project work stoppages.
- Provides project status reports as required.
- Conducts project reviews and creates recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Manages evidence gathering tasks for audits
- Drives documentation reviews in preparation for audits.
- Document findings of unacceptable practices or procedures and make recommendations for corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Experience of working with teams in a collaborative environment
- Experience of Managing a team of associates
- General IT knowledge
- Preferably with knowledge of quality management system involving ISO standards (9001, 27001, 14001, 18001), Hi-Trust and SSAE16 and quality system audits involving ISO standards (ISO 19011).
- Experience with full project management cycle implementation and execution.
- Must possess excellent communications skills (i.e. interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation
- Ability to multi-task and drive for results.
- Ability to establish project milestones and execute project plans on time to meet customer requirements.
- Leading cross functional teams, at multiple print sites and levels.
- Self-starting, driven, assertive and positive
- Agility and ability to meet tight internal/external deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail to meet the rigor of compliance
- Must be currently eligible to work for any employer in the USA
- Must successfully clear all required pre-employment screenings
