Manager, Product Services & Management – Melville, NY - Manage, plan, and organize the staff and activities of IT team supporting radiology department. Develop, communicate and build consensus for goals in alignment with the health system inclusive of defining data reporting requirements, analysis in support of patient/clinical records, performance improvement and departmental decision-making. Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of assigned CIS area. Validate work developed by CIS staff and support teams. Identify and recruit internal/external talents to team. Provide mentorship/constructive feedback to team members regarding performance and allocate workload amongst team members for optimal performance. Remote working acceptable but must spend 50% of the time [1-2 weeks per month for 8-12 hrs./day] working on site. Reqs: Bachelors in Comp Sci/closely related field + 2 yrs resource mgmt. exp.
