Location/Division:
This position falls under the Connected Solutions division within Unity Lab Services, a part of the Laboratory Products Division at our company. While the role can be remote, occasional travel within North America may be required to engage with sites and customers.

We're seeking a highly motivated North America Manager Connectivity Specialist to drive growth within our Connected Solutions and Services portfolio. As part of this role, you will lead a team of Product Specialists, working collaboratively to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the Connected Solutions portfolio, effectively communicating its unique value proposition to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and service results, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of Connected Solutions.
Provide market insights and feedback to enhance commercial programs and processes, contributing to targeted growth areas.
Act as a primary point of contact for strategic customers, overseeing day-to-day management and support.
Maintain technical product knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends to effectively represent the Connected Solutions portfolio.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Computer Science, IT Networking, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of consultative sales experience, preferably with software-based products and IT services.
Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, as needed.
