Manager-On Site Patient Access - Catholic Health

St. Charles Hospital is looking for a leader to oversee management activities relating to Patient Access Onsite Operations. The role is responsible to manage SCH Patient Access employee relations and work with hospital and revenue cycle leadership to resolve open issues that impact the daily operations.

The role is responsible for key administrative functions, including: staff performance appraisal and performance management programs, staff recruitment and retention, department performance reporting, and annual budgeting. In addition, the role has direct oversight of the scheduling, pre-registration, registration, patient arrival, insurance verification, cashiering, and on-site financial counselingfunctions. The Manager will enforce organization-wide policy and procedures andis accountable for the SCH Patient Access Onsite Operations' quality and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Patient Access Services, with at least 3 years of leadership experience is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

The range for this position is $78,000 - $97,500 annually.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
