We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive our talent acquisition strategy and to make a significant impact on our company's success. You will be responsible for managing the entire talent acquisition process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy designed to recruit and retain top talent.
2. Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
3. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity.
5. Create a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
6. Develop job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
7. Implement new sourcing methods to attract top talent.
8. Provide reports on recruitment campaign success.
9. Develop and manage the company's onboarding process.
10. Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints or other employee concerns.
11. Oversee the performance management process, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
12. Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Hiring.
4. Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
5. Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
6. Knowledge of labor legislation.
7. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Strong decision-making skills.
10. A leader who is approachable, listens, and can also make tough decisions when needed.
11. Ability to create a positive, professional, and fun work environment.
