Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily support the development of new site selection initiatives nationwide, contributing to our strategic expansion goals. Reporting to the Senior Director & Head of Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in shaping the landscape of our growth. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the expansion of our clinic network by supporting annual net new clinic growth and managing real estate transactions.
- Develop and manage strategies for the transaction management of our existing lease portfolio.
- Lead real estate activities including site selection, leasing, land acquisition, development, and disposition (where applicable).
- Manage data sources actively for new center growth and oversee communication to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with Legal, Construction, Design, and Operations departments to align real estate goals with organizational objectives and support development processes.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of processes, procedures, and legal aspects within the real estate portfolio.
- Drive value through process enhancements, leveraging opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
- Analyze performance metrics of existing and new locations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
What You'll Need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate transaction management or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong capability in various software and technological platforms.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven project management, business acumen, interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for transaction management and company events.
