The Manager of Radiology Services provides leadership, supervision and coordinates department activities, ensuring safety to both patients and staff. Directs all human resource functions of the department with include; overseeing training and ensures staff competencies, ensures safe staffing levels. Coordinates, Develops budgets with the direction of Director. Meets organizational and patient safety goals and ensures regulatory compliance. The Manager ensures ongoing monitoring of departmental indicators and PI activities, reports activities as directed. The Manager responds to the needs of the department by performing radiology technician duties when needed.

Education and Work Experience

1. Associates Degree, Graduate of an AMA accredited program in radiologic technology.
2. Bachelors Degree preferred.
3. Specialized training in CT or MRI Preferred.
4. Supervisory experience in all medical imaging functions.
5. Previous experience as a radiology technologist/Nuclear Medicine/Other modalities.
6. Strong verbal and written skills.
7. Current state licensed CRT & Fluoroscopy permit by CDPH and ARRT-R.
8. Current Basic Life Support /BCLS (AHA) certification9. Comprehensive Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory standards required.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $74,880.00 to $112,320.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
