Manager of Marketing & CRM
The plays a pivotal role in driving an integrated client engagement strategy across both digital and physical touchpoints, facilitating meaningful interactions between people, our brand, and its purpose. This position contributes to the brand strategy that fuels growth, leveraging data-driven insights to create a seamless client journey. You will implement best practices to build and measure impactful data, nurturing a powerful community of clients. With a proactive marketing and communications strategy, you will elevate brand awareness, attract new clients, and optimize customer experiences. By leveraging customer data, you'll identify growth opportunities to increase reach, convert prospects into loyal customers, and elevate customer value. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications.
CRM Primary Focus
Partner with Director to own revenue, retention, and ROI reporting for CRM initiatives
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute outreach strategies, driving customer acquisition and retention.
Identify target customer segments and work cross-functionally to implement best practices for reaching, quantifying, and measuring them.
Define and lead the client engagement strategy to grow the community, increase loyalty, and optimize CRM communications (emails, SMS, etc.).
Oversee and manage the Client Rewards program, ensuring alignment with CRM goals and customer retention objectives.
Own CRM database management, working with vendor partners to ensure accurate data updates and timely reporting.
Monitor new client behaviors and market trends to identify opportunities for innovative CRM solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to align CRM initiatives with sales objectives and maximize customer lifetime value.
Marketing & Brand Strategy Primary Focus
Collaborate with Director to develop and execute 360 campaigns for product launches, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery across teams.
Support Director in executing marketing activations to meet campaign goals.
Own and manage the marketing calendar, contributing to marketing briefs.
Analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.
Monitor the competitive landscape and industry innovations.
Identify brand partnership opportunities that align with positioning and drive revenue.
Assist in preparing and presenting reports for the President & Chief Commercial Officer.
PR – Secondary Focus
Collaborate with public relations agency to align all brand activities with a unified vision.
Manage weekly communications with the agency to secure placements that support brand image and attract new consumers.
Review and approve press releases and media-related documents.
Draft and edit communications, including talking points and speeches, for the Senior Executive Team.
Coordinate Founder & CEO’s participation in public events to enhance business and thought leadership.
Event Planning Secondary Focus
Assist Director in executing a comprehensive events strategy, managing all logistics.
Ensure seamless event coordination and execution
Requirements:
5+ years marketing, CRM and/or PR experience
Excellent communication skills
Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with the development and execution of campaigns.
Strong relationship management skills
Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills, including to Senior executive level management.
Entrepreneurial skillset and ability to think creatively.
Flexible and agile mindset to meet rapidly evolving needs of the company.
Note: 4 days (Monday - Thursday) in office required
